   Payment schedules will be outlined in the project contract. Work may be paused if payments are not received on the agreed schedule. Returned payments may incur fees.

5. **Contractor Responsibilities**
   RPP Renovations performs work according to industry standards. Construction timelines are estimates and may shift due to delays outside of our control, including weather, supplier shortages, or homeowner-driven changes.

6. **Client Responsibilities**
   Clients shall provide safe site access, required utilities, and disclosure of known/as-built construction conditions. Delays in access or required decisions may impact scheduling and costs.

7. **Change Orders**
   Any deviation from the signed scope of work requires a written change order approved prior to execution. Change orders may impact pricing and project timelines.

8. **Warranty**
   RPP Renovations offers a **1-year limited labor warranty** from the date of completion unless the contract specifies differently. Manufacturer warranties apply to applicable products. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, environmental factors, or third-party alterations after completion.

9. **Lien Rights (Ohio Notice)**
   In accordance with the Ohio Revised Code, Rockport Professional Painters LTD. and its subcontractors or suppliers retain the right to file a **Mechanic’s Lien** against the property if payment is not made according to the contract. Full payment is required to release lien rights.

10. **Liability Limitations**
    RPP Renovations shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid under the applicable contract.

11. **Third-Party References**
    Our website may link to external content or vendor resources. We do not endorse or control third-party websites and are not responsible for their policies or content.

12. **Intellectual Property**
    All content on this website, including text, branding, photography, and graphics, is the property of Rockport Professional Painters LTD. and may not be reproduced without written authorization.
