Limited Warranty – Bathtub Refinishing

Effective Date: 01/01/2026

RPP Renovations provides a limited 1-year warranty on bathtub refinishing services, covering defects in workmanship under normal residential use and proper care.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers:

• Peeling of the refinished surface

• Bubbling of the coating

If a covered issue occurs within the warranty period, RPP Renovations will correct the affected area at no cost, including repair or reapplication of the finish as needed.

Cure Time Requirements

After the refinishing process is completed:

• The tub must not be used or touched in any way for a minimum of 24 hours

• Any disturbance during the curing period may damage the finish and void the warranty

Proper Care & Maintenance

To maintain the refinished surface and keep the warranty valid:

• Use only non-abrasive, acrylic-safe cleaners

• Avoid harsh chemicals such as, but not limited to: Ammonia, Non-diluted bleach, Acidic cleaners, Rubbing alcohol...

• Regular, gentle cleaning is recommended

Failure to follow proper care guidelines may result in damage that is not covered under this warranty.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Dropped objects, impact, or physical damage

• Use of abrasive, acidic, or harsh cleaning products

• Bath mats, suction-cup items, or standing water left on the surface

• Plumbing leaks or water intrusion

• Pre-existing structural or surface issues

• Normal wear and tear over time

• Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications

Inspection Requirement

To evaluate any warranty claim:

• The customer must allow RPP Renovations access to inspect the surface

• All warranty work must be performed by RPP Renovations

Payment Requirement

This warranty is valid only if the original service has been paid in full.

Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer and installation location.

Remedy

If a valid warranty claim is confirmed, RPP Renovations will:

• Repair or reapply the affected finish as needed

• Perform all necessary corrective work at no cost

This warranty does not include refunds or replacement of the bathtub.

Limitation of Liability

This limited warranty applies only to the refinished surface. RPP Renovations is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
